Trust FX Trades – Terms and Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Trust FX Trades, a company registered in St Vincent and The Grenadines (“Company”), and you, the user (“User”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services (as defined below), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Services.

2. Services

The Company provides a web-based platform for trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on a variety of assets, including forex, indices, commodities, shares, and treasuries (the “Services”).

3. Risk Disclosure

CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You should carefully consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

4. Disclaimer

The Company does not give advice, suggestions or opinions and all services are offered purely on the basis of implementation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, including without limitation any loss of profits, indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St Vincent and The Grenadines.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in St. Vincent and The Grenadines.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Amendment

The Company may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on its website. The amended terms will be effective upon posting.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
